About SolisComm

Built
to hold. To last.

Strategic land positions.
Guaranteed energy revenue.

SolisComm is the Energy Infrastructure Division of S.E.E.Comm Group. We develop and operate distributed clean energy systems for residential and suburban communities — with a particular focus on new build and social housing refurbishment projects where VPPs and Battery Energy Storage Systems can be integrated from the ground up.

Our projects are structured around long-term Power Purchase Agreements with housing associations, local authorities and commercial partners as anchor off-takers. The model is not solar development for its own sake. It is the deployment of a clean energy stack on strategic development positions, generating predictable revenue over the full term of each agreement.

Unlike operators who build and exit, SolisComm holds and operates assets over the full concession term — aligning our interests with our investors, our off-takers, and the communities we serve.

Long-term Operations

Three principles.
One integrated model.

01

Secure the Development Position

We identify and engage with residential developers, housing associations and local authorities before any energy asset is deployed. The development position — whether new build, social housing refurbishment or suburban community scheme — is the foundation of every project.

02

Deploy the Full Stack

Solar PV, BESS, smart control platform and nexGen heating deployed in combination on every development position. We build the full clean energy stack because maximum asset utilisation drives maximum return — and delivers maximum benefit to the community.

03

PPA Before Deployment

Every project is monetised through a long-term Power Purchase Agreement with an anchor off-taker. Every PPA is agreed before the asset is deployed. Revenue is guaranteed from day one of operations.

04

Low-Carbon Infrared Heating

Ceiling-mounted infrared heating panels for new build and refurbished homes — efficient, clean, and fully integrated with the SolisComm energy stack. No gas. No boilers.

05

Operational Control Centre

Real-time monitoring and management across every site in a programme — keeping generation, storage and consumption performing throughout the life of the system.

06

Long-term Programme Management

SolisComm takes responsibility for every stage from feasibility through to long-term operations. Our clients have a single point of contact throughout the lifetime of their programme.

From first survey to long-term operations.

SolisComm controls every stage of the energy infrastructure lifecycle — from site identification and community engagement, through construction and commissioning, to long-term asset management and community benefit.

This vertical integration means we are not dependent on third-party operators, subcontractors or external management. We own the expertise, we own the process, and we own the outcome.

Our civil engineering capabilities — through the S.E.E.Comm Group — mean we can deliver the physical infrastructure alongside the energy assets, reducing cost, risk and delivery time on every project.

SolisComm programmes are delivered by MCS-certified installation teams — the nationally recognised standard for quality and compliance in the installation of renewable and low-carbon energy systems.
